Northbound

  • From south-bound I-380, take the 1st Street SE exit (Exit 20A, next to Quaker Oats);
  • At the end of the exit ramp turn LEFT at the light, onto 1st Street;
  • Proceed to First Avenue;
  • Turn LEFT onto First Avenue;
  • Go one block to 2nd St. S.E.
  • We are located on the right side of First Avenue, in the American Building, on the corner of First Avenue and 2nd Street S.E.

Southbound

  • From north-bound I-380, before crossing the Cedar River take the 1st Street exit down to ground level (Exit 19C);
  • At the end of the ramp turn Right at the light, onto 1st Street;
  • Proceed to First Avenue;
  • Turn LEFT onto First Avenue, crossing a bridge;
  • Follow First Avenue to 2nd Street S.E.;
  • We are located in the American Building on the corner of 1st Avenue and 2nd Street SE.
