Personal Injury

A successful presentation of your case requires your full cooperation. Such things as dates, receipts, bills, etc. will be very important. Listed below are some things you should consider doing after your injury.

Keep a diary of each time you visit the doctor, hospital, physical therapy, or drug store in connection with your injury.

Write down mileage and dates of each trip to and from the doctor, therapist, hospital, and drug store.

Keep all receipts, bills, or invoices for any medial treatment, prescriptions, and supplies.

Keep anything you are given or receive in writing from any adjuster, employer representative, or insurance company.

If you pay cash for any health care expense (medications, etc.) ask for a receipt.

Take photographs of damage to vehicles, the scene where you were hurt. Write down your treatment and your activities afterward. Keep the photos and any notes related to them.
