Although a jury as trier of fact was not warranted in arbitrarily or capriciously rejecting the testimony of a witness, neither was it required to accept and give effect to testimony which it found to be unreliable, although it was uncontradicted.

PRACTICE AREA
Bill Nicholson represents individuals who have suffered work place and personal injuries. Mr. Nicholson was admitted to practice in 1980 to the Iowa state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa and in 1990 to the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
EDUCATION
Mr. Nicholson graduated from the University of Iowa in 1977, Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1980, with honors.

Mr. Nicholson is a Fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Linn County Bar Association, the Iowa Association for Justice, the Iowa Association of Workers' Compensation Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, and is a Past President of the Dean Mason Ladd Inn of Court.
